Abstract:This manuscript describes a novel and simple strategy for optimizing the determination of contaminants in groundwater using online solid-phase extraction (SPE) coupled with ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) and tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS).
