Misleading artifact in vascular ultrasound - a case report

Abstract

Our initiative to improve the quality of vascular access, using the evaluation tool "Index INCATIV" is the key element to measure compliance with vascular access care. The training interventions (bundles) and the use of the proper devices integrated in a safety environment, improve the preventive attitude of nurses in the management of the vascular heritage of the patient.
