MISIM v2.0: a web server for inferring microRNA functional similarity based on microRNA-disease associations

Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are one class of important small non-coding RNA molecules and play critical roles in health and disease. Therefore, it is important and necessary to evaluate the functional relationship of miRNAs and then predict novel miRNA-disease associations.
