miRsponge: an R/Bioconductor package for the identification and analysis of miRNA sponge interaction networks and modules

Abstract: BackgroundA microRNA (miRNA) sponge is an RNA molecule with multiple tandem miRNA response elements that can sequester miRNAs from their target mRNAs.
