miR‐542‐3p‐Targeted PDE4D Regulates cAMP/PKA Signaling Pathway and Improves Cardiomyocyte Injury

Abstract: Objective. To investigate the protective effect of miR-542-3p on cardiomyocyte injury and related mechanisms. Methods. A cardiomyocyte hypoxia/reoxygenation model was established.
