Minor Groove Binders MGBs: A Mini Review

Abstract: Distamycin and Netropsin are the two naturally occurring polyamide heterocycles and they belong to a group of heterocyclic compounds called Lexitropsins. These compounds exhibit their activity by binding to the minor groove of the DNA.
