Mining and standardizing chinese consumer health terms

Abstract: BackgroundHealth professionals and consumers use different terms to express medical events or concerns, which makes the communication barriers between the professionals and consumers. This may lead to bias in the diagnosis or treatment due to the misunderstanding or incomplete understanding.
