Minimum Variance Unbiased Estimation of Reliability Function for a Class of Generalizations of Lindley Distribution

Abstract

Uniformly minimum variance unbiased (UMVU) estimators of reliability function (both stress–strength and mission time) and the associated variance are derived for a class of generalization of Lindley distribution.
