Minimum Cost Polygon Overlay with Rectangular Shape Stock Panels

Abstract: Minimum Cost Polygon Overlay (MCPO) is a unique two-dimensional optimization problem that involves the task of covering a polygon shaped area with a series of rectangular shaped panels.
