Mineral micronutrient density in local cereals sampled from Bungoma, Maseno and Kibwezi areas

Abstract: Cereals constitute a food staple in the African bread (Ugali) form. Overdependence on maize as a predominant staple is partly blamed on the constricting indigenous cereal phyto-diversity.
