Mindfulness-Based Transactional Analysis

Abstract: Mindfulness involves nonjudgmental, accepting awareness of what is going on in the present moment. In this article, the authors describe their integration of mindfulness and transactional analysis theory into mindfulness-based transactional analysis (MBTA).
