Mindfulness and Self-Efficacy in an Online Doctoral Program

“…Semakin tinggi tingkat mindfulness perempuan EA, maka semakin tinggi efikasi diri terhadap ketidakpastiannya; begitu pula sebaliknya, semakin rendah tingkat mindfulness perempuan EA, maka semakin rendah pula efikasi diri terhadap ketidakpastiannya. Penelitian ini sangat berguna dalam menjawab tantangan yang terjadi pada perempuan di masa EA yang disampaikan Arnett dalamArini (2021), yaitu ketakutan pada pandangan masa depan yang belum pasti, mulai mempertanyakan terkait dengan pilihan yang sudah diambil sesuai dengan kemampuan dan minat pribadi, masa di mana individu sudah tidak ingin digolongkan sebagai kelompok remaja karena merasa sudah mampu bertanggung jawab, dan bebas dalam membuat keputusan namun belum mau dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok dewasa karena belum memiliki kemantapan karier dan pilihan hidup, tuntutan tentang diri terhadap realita yang dijalani, tuntutan zaman dan harapan orang sekitar seperti munculnya perasaan tidak nyaman, ketidakpastian karier, dan kecemasan pada individu.KesimpulanBerdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara mindfulness dan efikasi diri terhadap ketidakpastian.…”
