MIMO Codes for Uniform Illumination across Space and Time in VLC with Dimming Control

Abstract: Indoor visible light communications (VLC) require simultaneous illumination and communication. Hence, uniformity in the illumination is a key consideration for user comfort and data transfer in VLC systems.
