Abstract: 103 Induced self-expression of ligands for stimulatory receptors facilitates natural killer (NK) cell-mediated elimination of stressed cells. Stimulatory receptors include Natural killer group 2 member D (NKG2D) and Nkp30, which control cytotoxic activities of NK cells and are important in immune surveillance against tumors.
