Miltefosine and polyhexamethylene biguanide: a new drug combination for the treatment of Acanthamoeba keratitis

Abstract: This in vivo study demonstrates that a miltefosine-polyhexamethylene biguanide combination is highly effective for the treatment of Acanthamoeba keratitis.
