Millennial School Nurses: A Roundtable Discussion

Abstract: School nurses are proportionally older in age as compared to the overall U.S. nursing workforce. In anticipation of a school nurse workforce shortage in the next few years, we must focus our attention on developing and implementing orientation and transition programs for new school nurses, many of whom represent the millennial generation.
