Miliary Tuberculosis in an Immune-Competent Bangladeshi Male- case report

Abstract: Miliary tuberculosis (MTB) is a rare, disseminated, and active form of tuberculosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacilli. It is mostly seen in immune-compromised patients but is sometimes reported in immune-competent hosts. We reported a 40-year-old immune-competent patient who presented with pyrexia of unknown origin.
