Mikroplastik als Gesundheitsgefahr für den Menschen

Abstract: Erst kürzlich, im Oktober des vergangenen Jahres, haben Forscher Mikroplastik in menschlichen Stuhlproben nachgewiesen. Obwohl zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht viele Erkenntnisse zum Thema Mikroplastik im Menschen vorlagen, hat diese Schlagzeile weithin schockiert. Denn die Belastung von Mikroplastik ist heute in unserer Umwelt überall vorzufinden: in unserer Atemluft, in unserem landwirtschaftlichen Boden und in unserem Grundwasser.
