Mikrocomputer‐unterstützte prozeßkontrolle in der fermentationstechnik

Abstract: Nowadays computer control is an effective and well established tool in optimizing fermentation processes. Based on recent development in microelectronics, especially in the field of personal computers, cost effective applications of this technology are now possible, even on laboratory-and pilot scale.
