Abstract:Ruksolitynib, inhibitor kinazy JAK1/JAK2, jest pierwszym i dotychczas jedynym zarejestrowanym lekiem w leczeniu chorych na mielofibrozę (MF). Zmniejsza on wymiary śledziony oraz objawy ogólne choroby, takie jak świąd skóry, poty nocne czy utrata masy ciała.
