“…Professional Self-Esteem Scale (PSES): The PSES was developed by Aricak (1999) and consists of 30 items that measure the respect and attitudes toward a profession among individuals aged 17 and over who have chosen that profession and are being trained in the respective area or are practicing that profession. Of these five-point Likert type items, 14 are positive statements (2,5,7,9,11,13,14,16,18,20,24,26,28) and 16 are negative statements (1,3,4,6,8,10,12,15,17,19,21,22,23,25,27,29).
