Abstract:Key Clinical MessageMiddle meningeal artery embolization is a valuable alternative for chronic subdural hematoma refractory to Burr hole surgery. In a 61‐year‐old patient, this endovascular intervention effectively resolved the hematoma alleviating associated symptoms.
