Mid-Term Results of Aortic Valve Preservation: Remodelling vs. Reimplantation

Abstract: Five-year results are comparable and encouraging for remodelling and reimplantation procedures. If the initial valve function and geometry is adequate, the chance of secondary failure beyond the first year is minimal.
