Microwave photonics R&D in BRAZIL (invited paper)

Abstract

Significant research and development in the areas of microwave photonics in Brazil are presented in this paper. These include direct microwave modulation of semiconductor laser diodes, optical control of MESFETs and HEMT's as well as high speed fiber optic components.
