Microwave Dielectric Properties of Low-Loss (1-x) Ca<sub>0.6</sub>Sm<sub>0.267</sub>TiO<sub>3</sub>–xSmAlO<sub>3</sub> Ceramics

Abstract: Abstract:A novel compositions in the (1-x) Ca 0.6 Sm 0.267 TiO 3 -xSmAlO 3 system were prepared via conventional mixed oxide route in order to modify the postive temperarure coefficient of resonnant frequency(ô f ) of Ca 0.6 Sm 0.267 TiO 3 .The microwave dielectric properties and phase composition of this system ceramics were investigated.
