Microwave Dielectric Properties of (Ca0.2Sr0.8)3(Zr0.1Ti0.9)2O7 Ceramics

Abstract: Ca 0.2 Sr 0.8) 3 (Zr 0.1 Ti 0.9) 2 O 7 ceramic prepared by the solid state method was investigated for its microstructure and microwave dielectric properties. The Q×f values of 8000-11,000 GHz and the dielectric constant values (ε r) of 64.4-72.3 can be obtained when the sintering temperatures are in the range of 1460-1550 o C. The ε r value of 72.3, the Q×f value of 11000 GHz were obtained for (Ca 0.2 Sr 0.8) 3 (Zr 0.1 Ti 0.9) 2 O 7 ceramics sintering at 1520 o C for 2h. (Ca 0.2 Sr 0.8) 3 (Zr 0.1 Ti 0.9) 2 O … Show more
