Microwave Assisted Synthesis and Characterization of Silver Nanoparticles Using Ocimumbasilicum and its Anti-Inflammatory Activity against Human Blood Cells
Abstract:The present investigation was to synthesis the nanoparticles by using the medicinal plant Ocimum basilicum leaf extract and silver nitrate solution. The synthesized silver nanoparticles were analyzed by UV Spectroscopy (UV-Vis), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
