Abstract: Objective: To Ascertain the outcome of microsurgical resection of intracranial dermoid and epidermoid tumors.Materials and Methods: This prospective study was carried out in Neurosurgical Department, Lady Reading Hospital (LRH) Peshawar and followed for 3 years after microsurgical resection.
