Microsurgery for a ruptured intracranial aneurysm in a 3-year-old child: A case report

Abstract: Highlights Intracranial aneurysms are rare in children, only case reports and case series published. Subarachnoid hemorrhage is the most common feature of pediatric intracranial aneurysm with good clinical grade. Microsurgical clipping is safe and effective in treatment of pediatric intracranial aneurysms.
