Abstract:The microstructure characterization, optical properties, electrical transport, and dielectric properties of the thermally stable NiAl2O4/Al2O3 nanocomposite powder sample synthesized by the mechanochemical‐assisted solid‐state reaction from the equimolar mixture of NiO and Al2O3 powders are reported. Rietveld refinement, selected‐area electron diffraction pattern, and Fourier‐transform infrared spectrum analyses confirm the formation of a NiAl2O4 spinel phase with a minor Al2O3 phase in the as‐synthesized powd… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
