Abstract:This study investigates the microstructural and phase transformations in Sn‐Ag solder alloys under high‐temperature conditions, utilizing X‐Ray Diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) analyses.
