MicroRNA146a-loaded Magnesium Silicate Nanospheres promote bone regeneration with inflammatory microenvironment

Abstract: The reconstruction of irregular oral-maxillofacial bone defects with an inflammatory microenvironment remains a clinical challenge as chronic local inflammation can largely impair bone healing.
