MicroRNA-6838-5p suppresses metastasis and increases cisplatin sensitivity in lung cancer

Abstract: Cisplatin (DDP) chemotherapy is effective to treat tumors but potentially limited to drug resistance. The research studied miR-6838-5p in controlling LC cells’ DDP resistance. First, clinical samples of DDP-resistant LC and DDP-sensitive LC were obtained and clinicopathological information was analyzed.
