MicroRNA-221 overexpression accelerates hepatocyte proliferation during liver regeneration

Abstract: The tightly controlled replication of hepatocytes in liver regeneration and uncontrolled proliferation of tumor cells in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are often modulated by common regulatory pathways.
