Abstract:Miniaturized silicon thermal probes for plant’s sap flow measurement, or micro sap flow sensors, have advantages in minimum invasiveness, low power consumption, and fast responses. Practical applications in sap flow measurement has been demonstrated with the single-probe silicon micro sensors.
