Abstract: This in vitro study aimed to compare the microleakage and marginal integrity of methacrylate/ormocer-based bulk-fill composite (BFC) restorations used in cervical marginal relocation with two different layering thicknesses in mesio-occlusal-distal (MOD) cavities exposed to thermo-mechanical loading.
