The Green Road Construction development program is a program that has the potential to reduce carbon emissions from road construction. Currently, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing together with the Toll Road Business Entity continues to strive to provide the best service to the community using Toll Roads that are applied to all Toll Roads in Indonesia, especially Green Toll Roads. At the implementation stage, it has not been able to run smoothly because there are several constraining factors such as social and environmental aspects. For this reason, this study aims to find out what factors are needed by a Project Manager who carries out the construction. References are taken from various journals and articles that discuss green toll roads around the world and in Indonesia. This research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative (mixed methods) by distributing questionnaires to several respondents. The results of the factor analysis show that the Project Performance factor (Y) is strongly influenced by the determinant factors namely Knowledge (X1) in terms of Time (X1.3), Cost (X1.4) and Procurement (X1.7). Henceforth, project performance (Y) is also influenced by Knowledge (X1), Skill (X2), and Tools & Techniques (X3). Meanwhile, on the other hand, the Project Performance factor (Y) is also influenced by the Green Toll Road (Z).

Technology development is very rapid, so all fields are required to develop technology to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work. One of the focuses is related to image processing technology. We can benefit from this system, so various fields have implemented image processing systems, such as security, health, and education. One of the current obstacles is safety, namely in searching for people, which is still done manually. Searching for teams to find people is often challenging because of the significant search area, low light conditions, and complex search fields. Therefore, we need a tool capable of detecting humans to assist in finding people. Therefore, to detect human objects, the authors try to research human object detection using a simple device for the human object detection system. The authors use the MobilenetV2-SSD, where this algorithm has high detection and accuracy. Using the mobilenetV2-SSD simulation method for human object recognition, a detection rate of 100% is obtained with an FPS value of 5.

The Sriwijaya University internet network management unit does not yet have a standard formulation for implementing Bandwidth Management & Bandwidth Allocation. To provide the best service, they apply the Best-Effort Service concept. As a result, it requires a relatively large network capacity and bandwidth provision so that it has an impact on costs. Therefore, it is necessary to know how users use internet bandwidth as the basic principle of Bandwidth Management & Bandwidth Allocation. This study has completed how to determine the behavior of internet users on the campus LAN as a reason to evaluate internet bandwidth usage. With the Process Mining method, process mapping has been carried out for all access to internet usage from all faculties. As a result, the factors that characterize and need to be considered in bandwidth management are obtained. In order of significance are Total Access Length, Average Variance, Number of User Case IDs, Number of Non-Academic Ports, Number of Academic Ports, Number of Access Frequency, Number of Events, and Number of Ports of Service.
