Abstract: Recently, the FDA approved microdosing ketamine for treatment resistant depression. Traditional antidepressants, like serotonin selective reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), block serotonin reuptake, but it is not clear if ketamine blocks serotonin reuptake.
