Microcystic lymphatic malformation in a child and his mother

Abstract: A 3‐year‐old boy presented to us with swelling of the right upper lip and the surrounding perioral area with the multiple clear fluid‐filled grouped vesicles on the mucosal surface. The patient's mother had a similar swelling located at the same anatomic location extending to the cheek and the ala of nose on the same side.
