Microcalorimetric assay for glucose in human serum and plasma

Abstract

Microca lor ime try has been used to perform quantitative assays for glucose in human serum and plasma samples. The procedure was based upon the measurement of the heat effect brought about by the following enzyme catalyzed reaction:
