Microbiological evaluation and development of quality index method (QIM) scheme for farmed pintado fish (Pseudoplatystoma corruscans)

Abstract: Experiments were conducted to evaluate the microbiological quality and develop a quality index method (QIM) scheme for farmed pintado fish (Pseudoplatystoma corruscans), with estimation of shelf life.
