Abstract

Liver may also be target some other viruses including Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), cytomegalovirus (CMV), adenovirus, Herpes simplex virus (HSV), enteroviruses, yellow fever virus, mumps, rubella, and rubeola. However liver is not the primarily infected organ with these viruses and its' involvement is seen on occasion as part of their systemic infections.
