Microbiological assessment of meadow-chernozem carbonated soil with different fertilization systems

Abstract: Microorganisms play an important role in the formation of soil fertility, ensure their functioning as biological bodies of nature and are an indicator of qualitative soil changes. Due to the effect of anthropogenic activity on the soil there is a decrease in the number and depletion of the species composition of the microbiota. The aim of the research was to estimate the number of different physiological groups of microorganisms on meadow-chernozem carbonate soil under different fertilizer systems. Determinati… Show more

“…Overall, the return of straw created a favourable habitat for microorganisms and thus mitigated the adverse effects of warming on microbial communities and soil functionality. Comparable results were obtained from the study of the microbiological state of meadow chernozem soil (Motruk et al, 2021) In soils where the humus-accumulative process is manifested and soil fertility is restored, the proportion of labile organic matter in the humus composition increases. In the experiment at the SS of the NULES of Ukraine "O.V.…”

“…Creating optimal agrophysical indicators of soil fertility for each crop in the crop rotation remains an important problem in agriculture as of 2023 (Yevtushenko et al, 2018;Tsyuk et al, 2021). Soil tillage is a key element of crop production technologies.…”
