Microbial Water Quality Assessment of Private Wells Using 16S rRNA Gene Amplicon Sequencing with a Nanopore Sequencer

Abstract: Private wells are used daily worldwide as convenient household water sources. In Japan, where water supply coverage is high, well water is occasionally used for non-potable purposes, such as irrigation and watering.
