Abstract:According to various research, Biosurfactants are generally composed of amphipathic motes that have both hydrophilic and hydrophobic ingredients. The hydrophilic composites generally correspond to positive, negative, or amphoteric charged ions, whereas the hydrophobic composites are made up of a long chain of fatty acids.
