Microbial Contamination in Pre-Treated Agricultural Products according to Distribution Channels

Abstract: This study investigates microbial contamination in pre-treated agricultural products. Eleven types of pre-treated agricultural product were evaluated for microbial contamination arising from four distribution channels: supermarket, local market, online, and traditional market.
