Microarrayed Compound Screening (μARCS) to Identify Activators and Inhibitors of AMP-Activated Protein Kinase

Abstract: A novel and innovative high-throughput screening assay was developed to identify both activators and inhibitors of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) using microarrayed compound screening (µARCS) technology.
