Abstract:The study proposes a microanalytic sequential process design to investigate humanistic-experiential psychotherapy skills in a training program. An illustrative simulated session was generated during an undergraduate clinical psychology course. External judges utilized the Narrative-Emotion Process Coding System 2.0 (NEPCS 2.0) and the Person-Centered & Experiential Psychotherapy Scale (PCEPS) for microanalytical analysis of the role-play session.
