Purpose: This study investigated the impact of the microteaching process on student teachers in teacher training programs. Methodology: This study was guided by the effect of reinforcement, explanation and questioning skill of microteaching on student teachers’ teaching performance during their teaching practice. The study employed a quantitative research approach which made use of a cross-sectional survey design. The purposive sampling technique was adopted in order to get to student teachers who have carried out the microteaching process. The 0 level 400 student teachers, who were randomly selected from the Higher Teacher Training College, Higher Technical Teacher Training College and 30 from the Faculty of Education, all in the University of Bamenda, Cameroon. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data which was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS version 23). Statements related to the objective was cumulated to obtain a composite score for each skill. Findings: The total score for each skill was used to compute the Pearson’s correlation coefficient and the correlation was significant at the level of 0.05 both for reinforcement and questioning skill and 0.01 level for explanation skill. These skills therefore, had significant effect on the student teachers’ teaching performance during their teaching practice. Thus, the findings established that there exists a significant impact of the microteaching process on student teachers. Conclusion: This study shows that microteaching process has a significant impact on student teachers in teacher training programs. This helps in building teaching skill that will enable them to shift from the traditional ways of teaching to building critical thinking and problem solving skills in students. Recommendation: The study recommended that educational policy makers, curriculum developers and teacher educators introduce this course to student teachers from the first year of their program.

The objective of the current research is Effect of Micro-Teaching Method Supported by E-Learning Platforms in Enriching Pre-Service Mathematics Teachers' Teaching practice and Improving Self-efficacy, and the research sample consisted of (60) students from the second year students, who were divided into two groups, Designing research tools (a note card for Teaching practice) ,and a scale (for self-efficacy), and the researcher found that there are differences between the performance of students members of the experimental group in the note card of Teaching practice in favor post application, as well as the existence of differences between the performance of students members of the "experimental and control group" in the practice note card Teaching in favor of the post application of the experimental group, which outperformed the control group, and the results also found differences between the performance of students, members of the "experimental and control group", in the measure of selfefficacy in favor of the post application of the experimental group, which outperformed the control group.

To enhance the quality of teacher performance, teaching practicum is required by the Teacher Training and Education Faculty at university level as the pivotal compulsory course. The practicum is expected to give positive unforgettable experience for shaping their prior knowledge with contextual activities in the real school. This memory affects their next teaching journey according to the people they have met and interacted with during the program. Considering the significance of understanding the students' experience in performing their planned lesson inside the class, this study aims to describe the students' ideas during the Teaching Practicum Program, especially the effect of Teaching Media and Micro Teaching courses. Qualitative design was applied to investigate the students' responses through the questionnaire and document analysis. The result indicates that teaching practicum seems to take the students in a very new direction, and it needs significant effort for adaptation to maintain better communication with the internal school stakeholders, particularly school based mentors and students. Further, media use for English instruction provides benefits for the experience. This study implied that identifying teaching experiences leads to comprehend possible challenges to achieve success.
