Micro-Raman spectroscopy study of optically trapped erythrocytes in malaria, dengue and leptospirosis infections

Abstract: Malaria, dengue and leptospirosis are three tropical infectious diseases that present with severe hematological derangement causing significant morbidity and mortality, especially during the seasonal monsoons.
